Delivery Terms
As we manufacture our products individually for you only after you have placed your order (print-on-demand) in the interests of sustainability, the delivery time comprises both the production time and the shipping time.

1. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the products and the destination country.
For deliveries within Germany and the EU, shipping costs are usually between €4.50 and €5.50 per order (depending on the product type).
You will see the exact costs clearly displayed before completing your payment.

2. Delivery times

Production time: 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping time (Germany & EU): 2 to 5 working days.
Total delivery time: You will usually receive your order within 3 to 8 working days of receipt of payment.

Please note that there may be slight delays on public holidays or during periods of high order volume. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
